The University of Houston School of Theatre and Dance's yearly Circadian Project is a devised piece of physical theatre created by directors and the first year MFA Acting students. In Fall of 2025, PUSH Physical Theatre's Darren Stevenson and Ashley Jones guest directed the piece. It began as a series of exercises and workshopping movement pieces, and it was compiled into sequences during tech week. Catherine Garza designed the production as it was being put together and thus worked closely with the directors, both parties exchanging ideas that would affect the choreography and lighting design alike. It was an extremely unique piece of art that was the only of its kind, as is the case with devised pieces of physical theatre.
